The Museum of Indian Arts & Culture in Santa Fe, New Mexico, tells the stories of the Native American people of the Southwest from pre-historic through contemporary times. Its changing exhibitions draw from an unparalleled collection of Native American art and material culture representing the Pueblo, Navajo, Apache, and other indigenous cultures of the Southwest.
The funds raised by Native Treasures: Indian Arts Festival and the Native Treasures Collectors’ Sale help fund the exhibits and education programs at the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture. Native Treasures is currently the primary contributor to developing exhibits at the Museum.
In 2011, we are also helping to raise money for “Save Our Treasures”, a vital campaign to help preserve 12,000 years of New Mexico history. The “Save Our Treasures” campaign will move important historical collections into one safe environment where they can be properly preserved and made accessible to the interested public.
