Come celebrate Native Treasures’ opening night on Friday, May 26, 2017 from 5:30 –7:30 p.m, at the Santa Fe Convention Center. Mingle with the artists and enjoy hors d’oeuvres and an open wine bar.
We will be honoring our 2017 MIAC Living Treasure, Jody Naranjo, an eighth-generation Pueblo potter and a member of the well-known Naranjo family of Santa Fe Clara Pueblo. In keeping with Festival tradition, last year’s Living Treasure, Dan Namingha, will present artwork he’s created to honor Jody Naranjo.
Each year, our artists are asked to create pieces with the year’s chosen theme interpreted in their own medium. This year’s art will be centered around our 2017 theme of “Shared Stories”.Please come honor their work this year and buy one of these unique pieces.
Friday tickets are included with sponsorships or can be purchased for $125 per person. Tickets include Early Bird entry to the show the next morning. For further information or to sponsor or purchase tickets go to, http://www.museumfoundation.
